Position: Business Operation Analyst – ArrowSphere Job Description: Company: Arrow Electronics Location: Shore 2-A / 2-C, Casablanca Nearshore, Casablanca, Morocco Work mode: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote) Direct team locations: France, Morocco (+United States) About Arrow About Arrow Sphere *** Please submit your application in English. *** Role Objective The Business Operation Analyst is responsible for the structuring, analysis, and operational steering of vendor-related operational data in order to: monitor operational activities measure current and past performance project future volumes and trends enable clear sharing and communication of activity insights across international teams The role is part of a broader operations industrialization initiative , supporting both operations and project teams. Functional Scope Vendor operational data Activity monitoring and performance steering Reporting and activity projection Data models and KPI consistency International environment (France / Morocco / US) Key Responsibilities Analyze and exploit operational data stored Design, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to support activity monitoring and decision-making Understand, document, and challenge existing data models Contribute to the definition and evolution of conceptual data models (CDM/MCD) when required Define and formalize processes, procedures, and operating models (SOP / MODOP) related to operations and data usage Define reliable, traceable operational KPIs Produce clear operational reports covering: past activities current activities short- and mid-term projections Propose and implement activity monitoring mechanisms aligned with operational needs Use Excel (XLS) for analysis, consolidation, and data restitution when relevant Ensure clear communication and shared understanding of insights across France, Morocco teams Actively contribute to the standardization and industrialization of operational practices Key Accountabilities Data & consistency Ensure reliability, coherence, and usability of vendor operational data Ensure alignment between data, KPIs, and operational reality Monitoring & projection Build relevant activity monitoring indicators Provide a consolidated and forward-looking view of operations Industrialization Standardize analysis and reporting practices Improve scalability, readability, and repeatability of operational processes Required Profile Business Operation Analyst , strongly oriented toward data and operations . Skills & Experience Higher education degree (business, engineering, or equivalent) 4+ years of experience in operational data analysis, activity steering, or operations Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, aggregations, data consistency checks) Solid understanding of data models and conceptual data models (CDM/MCD) Ability to translate raw data into actionable operational insights Strong proficiency with Excel (XLS) for analysis and reporting Experience in B2B / vendor environments is a plus Comfortable working in distributed international environments Languages English: fluent French: fluent Expected Qualities Strong analytical rigor Structured mindset Attention to detail and data consistency Ability to clearly communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders Do you see yourself as our future colleague?
