Die Gelegenheit Als Praktikant/in im Bereich Global Clinical Master Data und Business Operations Support (BOS) Clinical Supply am Produktionsstandort Kaiseraugst unterstützt Du die Teams in vielseitigen Belangen: Unterstützung im Bereich Master Data: Mitarbeit an Master Data Projekten, z.B. Konsolidierung und Überarbeitung der Masterdaten-relevante Prozesse und SOPs, auch unter Anwendung von AI-Tools (Google Gemini und Google Notebook LM) Mitarbeit im Daily Business des Global Clinical Master Data Teams, einschließlich der Anlage und Pflege von Stammdaten klinischer Studien Mitarbeit bei Initiativen zur effizienten Handhabung von Qualitäts-Records wie Deviations (Abweichungen), Changes (Änderungen), CAPAs (korrektive und präventive Massnahmen) im GMP-Umfeld (GMP = Good Manufacturing Practice) inkl. Koordination eigener Arbeitspakete  Allgemeiner Support für das BOS-Team (mögliche Themengebiete: Risikomanagement, Operational Excellence, Kommunikation) Wer Du bist Du bist immatrikuliert oder hast Dein Studium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule, vorzugsweise im Bereich Naturwissenschaften/Life Sciences/IT/Qualitätsmanagement innerhalb der letzten 12 Monate abgeschlossen und hast Interesse, Deine Kenntnisse im Rahmen eines mindestens 6-monatigen Praktikums in einer modernen Arbeitsumgebung einzusetzen, sowie die pharmazeutische Industrie kennenzulernen. Überdies rundest Du Dein Profil mit folgenden Kompetenzen ab: Du bist eine ergebnisorientierte Person, die gerne selbstständig arbeitet und viel Eigeninitiative zeigt Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge einfach darzustellen Du hast eine hohe Kompetenz im Aufbau und der Pflege konstruktiver und effektiver Beziehungen zu Teammitgliedern, internen und externen Partnern Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten, um mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen  Du zeichnest Dich aus durch ein Flair für IT-Applikationen und digitale Tools Du bringst ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher Sprache sowie fundierte Englischkenntnisse mit Technische Angaben Der bevorzugte Start des Praktikums ist im August 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung.
