Job Details DEPO ŞEFİ GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI Alliance Healthcare Ecza Deposu Sakarya Şubesinde görevlendirilmek üzere;  Lisans veya Ön Lisans mezunu, Depo ve operasyon alanında en az 3 yıl deneyimli, Stok Yönetim takibi ve raporlama yapabilen, Soğuk Zincir ürünlerin depolama, sipariş hazırlama ve dağıtım süreçleri konusunda deneyimli, MS Office programlarına hakim, Erkek adaylar için askerlikle ilişiği bulunmayan, Sakarya’da ikamet eden veya edebilecek olan,  Depo Şefi aranmaktadır. . İŞ TANIMI Sorumlu olduğu deponun stok ve reyonların düzenli olarak denetlenmesi, Ürün kabul ve stoklama sürecinin prosedürlere uygun yapılmasının sağlanması, Depo stok ve reyonlarını düzenli olarak denetleyip, iş süreçlerinin sevk ve idare edilmesi, Gelen siparişlerin düzen ve sıralamasını ayarlayarak, sürecin doğru ve zamanında ilerlemesinin sağlanması, FEFO prensibine uygun olarak siparişlerin hazırlanması sürecinin yönetilmesi, Depo çalışanlarının gelişimini izleyerek süreçlerin iyileştirilmesine katkı sağlaması, Yıllık depo envanter sayımlarının organize edilerek yürütülmesi, Şirket içi ve yasal prosedürler ile İSG kurallarına tam uygunluğun sağlanması vb. görevlerden sorumlu olacaktır.
