The Position Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 (Major functions of the position)                                （职位的首要职能） 目标与计划管理 1.基于区域生态群属地策略，制定本生态圈发展目标，并对目标的负责实施计划和跟进有效性 2.分析区域业务，发现机会及风险，并率领团队共同制定并执行相应计划   客户管理与区域合作 1.率领团队与客户建立广泛的合作和信任，并共同为罗氏产品组合相关领域的规范诊疗水平提高而积极采取行动 2.同生态圈合作伙伴合作，提高当地生态圈医疗质量，提升患者获益 3.和准入团队合作提升区域内治疗药物的可及性。   团队管理 1.参与制定区域生态群人员及业务管理计划，并率领团队执行相应计划 2.吸引、招聘、辅导和发展生态圈各角色职能的团队成员，实现生态圈人才的复合性发展 3.打造绩效和影响为先的团队氛围，创新工作模式，以实现公司愿景    财务和合规管理 1.分配并管理公司资源、预算以实现生态圈目标 2.确保业务开展符合公司和国家合规要求，通过必要的合规培训，以身作则和监管，打造一个合规的工作环境 Qualification and Experience 能力与经验 岗位所需胜任力和思维 • 充分践行领导者的角色，即远见者，架构师，教练及促成者 • 拥有正确的思维方式和领导力特质 思维方式和能力：使命驱动，协作，成长思维 领导力特质：系统思维，成长思维，真诚无畏，协作共赢，辅导培养 • 业务及资源规划能力 • 较高的沟通能力 • 高效整合资源能力   工作经验 • 7 年以上销售，市场，医学或准入工作经验 • 跨地区/跨部门/跨疾病领域的工作经验优先 • 团队管理经验   教育程度/所获资格证书 • 医学或药学相关本科及以上学     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
