The Position Das globale Unterkapitel (Sub-Chapter) Production Engineering - Change Services ist Teil des globalen Engineering Chapters, das für ein kosteneffizientes, zuverlässiges und schlankes Change Control Management (ECRs) verantwortlich ist. Der Fokus dieses Teams liegt hauptsächlich auf Product Care Themen für etablierte Produkte sowie auf der Einführung neuer Produkte von der Pilotphase bis hin zur kommerziellen Produktion. Das Unterkapitel bringt technisches Fachwissen ein, um erfolgreiche Material-, System-, Prozess- und Produktänderungen umzusetzen. Die Möglichkeit Als Praktikant:in des Change Services Clusters werden die Transformation und Harmonisierung der drei Sub-Chapter an den vier globalen Produktionsstandorten (Ludwigsburg, Mannheim, Rotkreuz und Tucson) unterstützt. Leitung des Know-How Managements. Einnahme einer zentralen Rolle in der globalen Koordination und Erarbeitung von Squads und Projekten zur Schaffung einer effizienten, skalierbaren und flexiblen Organisation. Aktive Initiierung und Mitarbeit in Projekten für Effizienzsteigerung und/oder Harmonisierung im Change Service Cluster. Etablierung agiler Methoden innerhalb der Teams. Unterstützung im operativen Arbeitsalltag.   Wer du bist Immatrikulation an einer Universität oder Fach-/Hochschule oder abgeschlossenes Studium, das nicht länger als 12 Monate zurückliegt. Du bist derzeit in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Medizintechnik, Biotechnologie oder in den Ingenieurwissenschaften wie Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik eingeschrieben. Engagierte, motivierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, Organisationen zur Exzellenz voranzutreiben. Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams durch Squads und Projekte. Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint) sowie Google-Anwendungen. Kenntnisse in weiterer Software für statistische Analysen sind von Vorteil. Du bist sicher im Umgang mit der Google Suite und bringst eine starke Affinität zu Datenauswertungen sowie vorteilhafte Statistikkenntnisse mit.
