The Position Présentation de l'équipe : Rattaché(e) au Responsble de l'équipe administrative , tu seras amené(e) à assurer le support administratif et organisationnel de l’équipe, en contribuant au bon fonctionnement des activités quotidiennes et au suivi des dossiers. Quel sera ton impact? • Création des fournisseurs dans nos systèmes Achat et du suivi/la gestion des demandes d’achat de bout en bout. • En collaboration avec les managers, création/mise à jour des playlist/sessions dans l'outil de formation en ligne Cornerstone • Effectue des reportings administratifs récurrents ou ad hoc, en soutien à la gouvernance de l’organisation. • Support logistique et administratif à l’organisation d’évènements internes/externes (incl. Salons, séminaire, réunions d'entreprise, Journées d'Accueil etc...) • Support dans la mise à jour d’outils informatiques groupe • Facilitatrice de réunions dans leurs travaux sur les aspects administratifs • Aide à la formalisation des contrats et formalités avec les professionnels de santé et congrès/parrainage • Etablit les documents/ courriers selon que de besoin (incl. publipostage); maintient à jour des documents/ rapport Ton ADN: Tu suis une f ormation Assistance administrative Tu es à l’aise sur les outils informatiques, particulièrement sur Google suite Tu disposes d’un bon niveau d’anglais.
