Job Details MISSIONS : En tant que Gestionnaire de Marchés Hospitaliers, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la coordination des appels d’offres et la gestion des marchés. Vos responsabilités incluront : Assurer la réponse aux appels d’offres : Préparer et valider les dossiers en conformité avec les délais impartis et les exigences des laboratoires clients. Suivre l’exécution des marchés : Garantir la bonne application des décisions des entités adjudicatrices dans les systèmes de gestion. Veiller à la conformité réglementaire : Respecter les dispositions du Code des Marchés Publics et les règles de fonctionnement définies par les laboratoires. Réaliser un reporting précis : Produire des rapports réguliers pour les laboratoires clients. Maintenir une relation client de qualité : Développer un lien de confiance avec les interlocuteurs des laboratoires partenaires. Pourquoi nous Rejoindre ? Profil : • Une formation Bac+2 à Bac+3 en gestion, administration ou équivalent. • Une expérience dans la gestion des appels d’offres ou des marchés hospitaliers est un atout. • De solides compétences rédactionnelles et une capacité à respecter les délais. • Une connaissance des réglementations liées au Code des Marchés Publics. • Une attitude proactive et un sens aigu du détail.
