Reporting to the Head of Provider Management, this role will be responsible for driving the implementation of network initiatives in Hong Kong, with a focus on optimizing key provider relationships, monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives, and delivering measurable results against KPIs such as network utilization target. This role will play a critical part in advancing provider utilization management for cost effectiveness, supporting commercial engagements for new business growth, and collaborating on product development to enhance guidance for clients and customers. The position  stretches from day-to-day operational contract renewals to network strategy formulation and execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement provider contract negotiation, including panels, clinics, outpatient facilities, day-care centers, hospitals and physicians Manage and optimize relationships with key strategic vendors and providers, ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes and continuous improvement. Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, including delivery of results and achievement of KPIs related to provider performance, cost management, and network optimization. Oversee utilization management (member and provider) to drive cost effectiveness and value-based outcomes across the network. Collaborate with commercial and business stakeholders to identify and implement new initiatives for growth and acceleration in APAC region. Support the execution of provider organizations strategic initiatives in APAC region ensuring alignment with overall business priorities. Support product development teams to incorporate provider guidance components that enhance client and customer experience. Collaborate with all other units and departments for issues relating to providers in Hong Kong and other assigned regions.   Ensure all activities are compliant with internal governance, operational excellence, and data analytics standards Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in provider network management, network operation, or related roles, ideally within the Hong Kong healthcare market. Demonstrated experience in negotiation, vendor/partner management, and performance monitoring Strategic and growth mindset for transformation Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
