The Position The position is for a fixed term contract period during maternity cover with potential extension. We are looking for a colleague who will be the first point of contact for our visitors and ensures smooth operation of the reception desk and the central office. The Opportunity End-to-end management of reception activities Act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees’ queries Incoming calls and their transfer Manage an electronic mailbox Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers’ services Entry cards management Support Finance department - invoice registration and scanning, monthly closure of car log, contracting and data input Provision of orders for office supplies Provision of refreshment (kitchen, training, company events) Communication with building management Management of meeting rooms Coordinator for fire drills and safety and health environment initiatives Additional projects and duties as assigned and relevant to the role Who You Are High school Degree Fluent Czech language and advanced level of English written and spoken Similar administrative work experience is a plus Excellent communication skills to be able to connect with different stakeholders Representative manner Organizational skills Able to handle conflicting priorities Presentation skills Independence and responsibility Self-driven and work with sense of urgency     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
