The Position "Synthetic Molecules Technical Development" (PTDC) bringt eine breite Palette von Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Drug Substance (DS), Drug Product (DP) und Analytical Sciences mit und arbeitet eng mit wichtigen Partnern in den Bereichen Forschung und frühe Entwicklung zusammen (pRED / gRED), kommerzielle Herstellung kleinmolekularer Wirkstoffe (PTC) und globale technische Entwicklung (PTD). PTDC ist verantwortlich für die späte technische Entwicklung unserer Pipeline für kleine Moleküle und die Herstellung von DS und DP für klinische Studien. Die Gelegenheit In PTDC transformieren die Small Molecules Teams synthetische Moleküle in Medikamente. Wir entwickeln robuste, kosteneffiziente Herstellungsprozesse, liefern klinische Ware und schaffen Wissen durch Innovation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung in einem kollaborativen Umfeld. Innerhalb der Abteilung Chemische Verfahrensentwicklung tragen die Pilotierungs- und Produktionsbetriebe von Scale-up & Supply (PTDC-S) wesentlich dazu bei, dass die Verfahren zur Herstellung neuer Pharmawirkstoffe für grosstechnische Anwendungen robust und optimal entwickelt werden, um so die benötigten Mengen Wirksubstanz in der geforderten Qualität termingerecht für die klinischen und toxischen Studien herzustellen. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören: Durchführung von chemischen Reaktionen und physikalischen Einheitsoperationen auf Mehrzweckproduktionsanlagen im Dreischichtbetrieb Vorbereitung und Reinigung der Mehrzweckanlagen Mithilfe bei Umbauten und Reparaturen der Anlagen Dokumentation der Arbeiten und Einhalten der guten Herstellpraxis (GMP-Richtlinien) Umsetzen und vollständiges Einhalten der relevanten Roche Policies, Verfahren und Standards in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz Flexibles und selbstständiges Arbeiten Wer Sie sind: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemie und Pharmatechnologen (m/w/d) Selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise und gute GMP-Kenntnisse Interesse an neuen Technologien und Erfahrung in der Bedienung von modernen Anlagen mit speicherprogrammierbarer Steuerung Gute MS Office Kenntnisse Dynamischer und initiativer Arbeitsstil und Teamgeist Bereitschaft zu flexiblem Arbeitseinsatz Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch ist von Vorteil Bewerben Sie sich jetzt und werden Sie Teil unseres Teams, um gemeinsam die Zukunft zu gestalten!     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
