Job Description Position Purpose Asegurar el correcto control de la documentación de Logistica necesaria y administracion de la facturacion de los proveedores de transportes. Control de tarifas cargadas en el sistema para cada proveedor y viaje realizado. Administracion de las ordenes de recuperos de los puntos Distribuidores. Carga, seguimiento y cierre de las mismas del 100% de las ordenes Es y Ds. Confección de estadística de cumplimiento de las órdenes. Confección de reportes para la gerencia del área. Major/Key Accountabilities - Generación y administración de las ordenes de colecta de los puntos Distribuidores. - Administración de las facturas enviadas por los Proveedores de Transportes, Plantas, y Fabricantes. - Armado de prefacturas y órdenes de Compra a los proveedores de transporte. - Control de tarifas cargadas en el sistema. - Actualización y control de la documentación necesaria (física y digital). - Cartas ofertas, remitos, Guias de despacho, ZH, Politica de privacidas, etc. - Seguimiento diario de transportes programados para Issues y collections. - Supervisa el correcto registro de todos los costos logísticos en el sistema. - Recepción y plan de acción ante reclamos de Clientes Internos y Externos, ejecuta plan de acción. - Confección de reportes para la gerencia de operaciones y logística.
