You will work with the Global Brand Teams, multiple agencies, cross-functional   teams   and partners to deliver on our salience and brand love objectives   Scale – in all commercial elements of the brands, building strong relationships with the commercial teams on the ground to deliver   above and beyond   the   annual targets     Your key responsibilities   Drive and manage the creation of long-term brand strategy and brand plans based on consumer, customer, and shopper insight   Translate strategies into brilliantly driven plans that consistently beat the competition and gain share   Own the P&L for the brands across the market.  Understand and respond to the drivers of your brand performance, working in partnership with the commercial teams to deliver the annual operating plan   Lead cross-agency teams and foster new partnerships in developing the brand’s communication approach and execution in an omnichannel environment   and within culture .   Shape the brand to thrive in a digital environment .      About you   8 + years   of relevant marketing experience in the DACH market   or partly els ewhere   Holistic abilities across various marketing growth drivers   and brand building   as well as   a track record   of delivering transformational business results   Strong commercial acumen with   experience owning the P&L Comfort with dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced,   entrepreneurial   and matrixed environment Existing capability to build genuine relationships built on mutual trust & respect   Successful management of senior partners, resulting in strong and positive outcomes   Deep personal accountability for   great performance   Proficiency   in English , German would be an advantage   Our offer An inclusive company culture that puts employees and their development first A competitive salary with bonus and many benefits 30 days of vacation An excellent parental leave policy An office with a view in Hamburg City Flexible Working Statement: Flexibility is key to our success.
