The Position Im Bereich Diagnostics & Laborautomatisierung am Standort Ludwigsburg gestaltest Du die Zukunft der Gesundheitsversorgung aktiv mit. Als Global Project Manager (m/w/d) agierst Du als „Trusted Partner“ auf allen Ebenen und unterstützt unsere Organisation bei der holistischen Planung sowie dem Risikomanagement komplexer Produktentwicklungsprojekte. In dieser Rolle verbindest Du tiefgreifendes Fachwissen mit einer 360°-Rundumsicht, um eine optimale Wertschöpfung für Patient*innen weltweit sicherzustellen. Die Möglichkeiten Projektsteuerung & Strategie : Du implementierst Projektstrukturen, etablierst Kommunikationspläne und verantwortest die Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung für nationale sowie internationale (Teil-)Projekte. Beratung & Coaching : Als Experte/Expertin berätst Du Teams bei der Analyse des kritischen Pfades, entwickelst Szenarien zur Risikominimierung und dienst weniger erfahrenen Kolleg*innen als fachspezifische Anleitung. Innovationskraft : Du implementierst moderne Projektmanagement-Methoden, einschließlich agiler Ansätze, und treibst Verbesserungsinitiativen aktiv voran, um Prozesse konsistent und transparent zu optimieren. Schnittstellenmanagement : Du generierst qualitativ hochwertige und verlässliche Projektinformationen, um datengestützte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen (z. B. Life Cycle Teams) und stellst die enge fachliche Abstimmung mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern sicher. Problemlösung : Du identifizierst proaktiv Engpässe, stellst Annahmen in Frage und bringst Projekte durch fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen wieder auf den richtigen Weg. Wer Du bist Qualifikation : Du verfügst über einen Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Wissenschaft, Technik oder einem wirtschaftsnahen Bereich (höherer Abschluss bevorzugt). Erfahrung : Du bringst mindestens 4-6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte, idealerweise in der Diagnostik-, Medizintechnik- oder Pharmabranche mit. Expertise : Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Laborautomatisierung und idealerweise gute Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung klinischer Biomarker, In-vitro-Diagnostika oder Begleitdiagnostik. Fundierte Erfahrungen in regulierten Umfeldern (z. B. ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR) sind eine wichtige Voraussetzung. Zertifizierung : Eine PMP-Zertifizierung oder ein Zertifikat in agiler Methodik ist von großem Vorteil. Mindset : Du bist ein Systemdenker mit einer nachweislichen Erfolgsbilanz im Management von Prioritäten und arbeitest gerne in funktionsübergreifenden, internationalen Teams. Sprachkompetenz : Du kommunizierst sicher in einem globalen Umfeld (Deutsch/Englisch).
