Key responsibilities: Deliver key financial targets such as NSV, OP, OCC, and market share Responsible for leading business performance of the distributors Effectively leading, planning, directing, motivating, training, and measuring the business delivery of distributor organizations Anticipate constantly evolving business trends to improve performance and mitigate risks Lead the negotiation of commercial arrangement with the distributors, this includes rolling forecast sales, credit management, and trade spend management What we are looking for: 10-15+ years of customer sales experience, ideally in a FMCG environment and an ability to build relationships with customers, supported by proven negotiations skills capability Experienced in engaging cross functionally with senior leaders with a previous responsibility for the deployment and management of meaningful financial budgets Highly numerical with experience in development of profitable customer propositions and a comprehensive understanding and previous delivery of key commercial measures Ability to structure and present compelling commercial propositions with your excellent verbal communication and organisational skills Working with us Flexibility is key to success.
