Job Description : Salary range: this is the salary range we budgeted for the position: PLN Gross Monthly 11,100.00 to 18,500.00 (plus bonus and additional compensation elements) Diageo jest światowym liderem w branży wysokogatunkowych napojów alkoholowych. Zadania związane z zarządzaniem Kierowanie 9 osobowym zespołem Przedstawicieli Handlowych; Zarządzanie relacjami z klientami; Zarządzanie obszarem zgodnie z obowiązującymi standardami Diageo. Główne zadania Planowanie, kierowanie i rozwój  zespołu  w podległym regionie; Opracowywanie i realizację strategii sprzedaży na podległym terenie; Planowanie i wyznaczanie zadań jakościowych i ilościowych, kontrola oraz wsparcie zespołu w ich realizacji; Budowanie , rozwijanie  i dbałość o właściwe relacje z klientami; Dbanie o wizerunek firmy;  Zarządzanie budżetem; Analiza potrzeb klientów i monitorowanie aktywności konkurencji; 60% czasu pracy z zespołem w terenie. Doświadczenie oraz umiejętności wymagane na danym stanowisku Wykształcenie wyższe; Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem – minimum 2 lata; Znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i w piśmie na poziomie średnio zaawansowanym; Znajomość rynku tradycyjnego FMCG na terenie województw: mazowieckiego, podlaskiego, łódzkiego i lubelskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem; Prawo jazdy kat „B”; Dobra znajomość środowiska MS Office (w szczególności Excel i Power-Point) Umiejętności organizacyjne; Doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne i skuteczna komunikacja; Umiejętności pracy pod presją czasu; Umiejętność podejmowania decyzji; Gotowość do odbywania wyjazdów służbowych wraz z noclegami; Preferowani kandydaci z województwa mazowieckiego (centrum regionu). Wymagana mobilność Mobilność wymagana jest na danym obszarze pracy, raz na miesiąc odbywa się spotkanie Area, raz na kwartał ewentualne spotkanie w Dystrykcie oraz dwa razy do roku konferencje Co Oferujemy?
