Role Responsibilities Achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and market share targets for the assigned customer(s) Develop, implement, and monitor annual business plans in collaboration with assigned customers Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, listings, and shelf management processes Regularly analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and develop action plans to drive results Lead the negotiation and management of annual commercial agreements and trade terms Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with the customer’s head office and regional teams Organize and participate in meetings with global teams for customers with global agreements Experience / skills required Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics (preferred). Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales within the FMCG sector (preferred in chain stores). No travel restrictions. Class B driver’s license.
