The Position Présentation de l’équipe: Rattaché(e) à  la Division Service Clients – Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC) et reportant au Head of RCSC Meylan, tu prendras en charge l’organisation des sessions de formations clients/collaborateurs et le support au RCSC. Quel sera ton impact ? Ouvrir les sessions dans les outils de gestion de la formation, valider les inscriptions aux formations Communiquer aux participants l’ensemble des informations nécessaires au bon déroulement de leurs formations (Inscriptions, invitations) Prendre en charge les aspects logistiques de la formation : transports et hébergement des clients; réservation des salles ; accueil des participants sur site. Commandes de services ​ Ton ADN Tu suis une formation BTS/DUT GEA, SAM ou équivalent Tu fais preuve de rigueur, de sens de l’organisation et des responsabilités. Tu as le sens de la satisfaction client interne et/ou externe. Tu possèdes un bon sens relationnel, et la capacité de travailler en équipe et en mode projet. Ouverture d’esprit, écoute, adaptation et agilité sont tes qualités. Tu as des compétences rédactionnelles et organisationnelles. Tu maîtrises bien le français (écrit et oral). Tu as un bon niveau d’anglais (écrit et oral). Tu maîtrises la suite Google et Microsoft Office (dont Excel à un niveau intermédiaire/avancé, Word à un niveau intermédiaire, et PowerPoint à un niveau débutant/intermédiaire.)   ​Poste basé à Meylan (Isère, 38) Alternance de 12 mois à compter de Septembre 2026 ​ ​ Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?  Cette alternance va te permettre de développer des compétences solides en relation client, en communication et gagner en autonomie.
