The Position Présentation générale : Sous la responsabilité du responsable de l'équipe Spécialistes Contrats Back Office, tu seras chargé(e) de soutenir la gestion opérationnelle des contrats/marchés et de participer aux contrôles financiers des données contractuelles enregistrées dans nos systèmes d’information. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec le responsable de l'équipe qui t'accompagnera tout au long de ton alternance. Quel sera ton impact?   Gestion des Contrats et Marchés Publics Réceptionner les nouveaux contrats et marchés  Procéder à la saisie complète des conditions commerciales dans notre ERP SAP Vérifier la cohérence des informations saisies Assurer le suivi administratif et financier des contrats actifs Gérer les augmentations annuelles (révision tarifaire, indexation, etc.)  Servir de point de contact pour les clients sur les questions administratives et facturation   Support aux Contrôles Trimestriels Audit Financier Préparer et collecter les pièces justificatives nécessaires Vérifier la conformité des contrats/facturations avec les conditions commerciales Identifier et signaler les écarts ou anomalies en proposer des actions correctives si besoin.    Ton ADN :  Tu suis une formation Bac+2/+3 en Commerce, Gestion, ADV, Comptabilité ou Management   Tu as le sens du contact client et une excellente capacité d'écoute   Tu es rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et tu aimes gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément   Tu es curieux(se) et tu as envie d'apprendre les processus commerciaux et financiers   Tu possèdes une bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse   Tu as le sens des responsabilités et de l'intégrité   Tu es à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (SAP, Salesforce, Google sheets, Excel (pivot, formules, tableaux de bord)  Tu possèdes un bon niveau d’anglais (B2).   Alternance de 12 ou 24 mois à compter de Septembre 2026.
