Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business Multiple roles available Department: Warehousing Location : Swansea Shift Pattern – We are recruiting operatives to work 18:00 to 22:00 on a shift pattern that is Monday to Friday Rates of Pay – We offer pay of £12.54 per hour . Job Purpose As a warehouse colleague you will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for carrying out essential roles that will keep the supply of healthcare products to those who need it across the UK going. Some of the roles you could be doing include: Key Accountabilities Picking and packing orders on the manual picking belt Picking in the medical bulk area Picking in the fridge area (attracts a premium) Picking in secure areas Carrying out roles within transport and routing completed orders to their final destination Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Assuring the in-time delivery of possible life-saving products . Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required : You will have previous experience of working in a warehouse environment Ability to work in a tidy and methodical manner. You should be flexible and adaptable on your approach to your work and tasks and embarking them with a positive attitude. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with all team members and have intermediate numeracy and literacy skills. Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time as well as bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety Regulations.
