The Position Als Team Lead Assay Development on Market Portfolio (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserer Forschung und Entwicklung im Bereich "Assay Development On Market Products". In dieser Position führst du nicht nur ein Team von ca. 10 Mitarbeitenden, sondern gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft der diagnostischen Lösungen mit. Du verbindest strategische Weitsicht mit operativer Exzellenz, förderst agile Arbeitsweisen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Labore ein Ort der Innovation und Sicherheit bleiben. Das erwartet Dich in der Rolle Du führst, coachst und entwickelst ein Team von rund 10 Mitarbeitenden. Dabei förderst du eine Kultur der Innovation, begleitest Karrierewege aktiv durch Mentoring und stellst ein starkes Performance Management sicher. Du treibst den organisatorischen Wandel voran, indem Du agile Arbeitsweisen (SAFe) förderst und Ressourcen effizient planst und steuerst. Du agierst als Vorbild für Veränderung und stellst sicher, dass Dein Team flexibel auf neue Herausforderungen reagieren kann. Als Repräsentant:in der "Core Lab Development" (CLD) Organisation koordinierst Du die Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Schnittstellen (z.B. Site Management, SHE, Betriebsrat) und verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung der Laborinfrastruktur und -prozesse Du stellst die Einhaltung aller Biosicherheits- und SHE-Richtlinien sicher, führst Risikobewertungen durch und etablierst robuste Prozesse für ein sicheres Arbeitsumfeld Du teilst Best Practices, harmonisierst Prozesse innerhalb des Netzwerks und treibst Digitalisierungsinitiativen voran, um eine moderne F&E-Organisation zu gewährleisten Deine Rolle als Führungskraft Du bist ein Vorbild für agiles Führungsverhalten sowie für unsere Kultur, Denkweise und Verhaltensweisen Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Dich sicher in einer sich verändernden Organisation zu bewegen und dabei Objektivität, Fairness und offene Kommunikation zu wahren Du inspirierst Dein Team durch die Anerkennung von Leistungen und schaffst eine Kultur, in der Innovation gefördert wird Du bringst eine große Leidenschaft mit, Menschen bei ihrem persönlichen Wachstum zu begleiten und etablierst eine unterstützende Feedback-Kultur Wer Du bist Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Master oder PhD) in den Biowissenschaften, Biochemie oder einer verwandten Disziplin Du verfügst über langjährige Berufserfahrung (5-7 Jahre) in der Entwicklung von In-vitro-Diagnostika (IVD) oder diagnostischen Lösungen Du bringst fundierte Führungserfahrung mit und hast bereits Teams erfolgreich disziplinarisch geführt und weiterentwickelt Du bewegst dich sicher in Matrixorganisationen, hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und zeichnest dich durch eine agile Denkweise sowie Offenheit für kulturellen Wandel aus Planung und Priorisierung in einer kollaborativen Umgebung zählen zu Deinen Stärken Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Englisch und besitzt starke strategische sowie organisatorische Fähigkeiten.    Deine Bewerbung Wir bitten Dich um folgende Dokumente: Bitte lade nur deinen aktuellen und aussagekräftigen Lebenslauf sowie dein Zeugnis deines höchsten Abschlusses hoch.
