Job Profile Provider Insights Analyst BUSINESS ANALYST About Medical Economics The Cigna International Health Medical Economics team’s responsibility is to transform data into strategic insights that drive affordability and impact. By linking interventions to financial outcomes, it enables informed decision-making, supports return on investment analysis, and ensures initiatives align with organizational goals. Through collaboration and continuous performance tracking, Medical Economics maximizes value across the enterprise. Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven professional to be responsible for tracking, validating and reporting affordability initiatives for provider contracting across international health. This role plays a critical part in ensuring transparency, accuracy and timely reporting while partnering closely with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, self-driven with good communication skills and strong technical capability in Excel. SQL is a plus. Key Responsibilities Calculate, validate, and report provider agreements across International Health (IH) in line with contractual terms. Track and monitor financial agreements with providers, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Maintain and enhance the monthly tracker of provider initiatives to support ongoing monitoring and reporting. Partner with international stakeholders, to clarify assumptions and ensure alignment. Support continuous improvement of tracking processes, automation and controls. Collaborate with the Medical Economics team and support analysis as required. Required Skills & Qualification Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering or similar. No previous experience required. Good communication and presentation skills.   Analytical skills, attention to detail and commitment to data quality. Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and reconciliation). Basic knowledge of SQL language or similar is a plus.   Effective at time management and ability to take ownership. Actively contributes to process improvements and automation initiatives.
