Job Details Primary Duties & Responsibilities Perform data analysis to uncover insights that support more profitable business decision‑making. Support the delivery of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for both internal and external stakeholders. Help prioritize reporting requirements across process areas in alignment with deployment strategies and business needs. Assess analytics and reporting needs, recommend enhanced solutions, and define specifications for BI tools. Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and key patterns; create visual representations of both quantitative and qualitative information. Develop dashboards that provide clear visibility into business performance and key metrics. Contribute to the development and definition of data management standards and processes to manage data effectively through the reporting lifecycle. Utilize BI tools across departments to deliver detailed reporting and analytical insights. Support teams with project cash‑flow projections, financial requirements, and development of key tools/templates that measure performance against established metrics. Interpret complex datasets with a focus on identifying trends valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts. Validate data accuracy, audit reports, identify deficiencies, propose corrective solutions, and confirm resolutions. Analyze member diagnostic survey responses to provide inputs for strategic planning workshops. Resolve data inconsistencies by providing necessary technical guidance and expertise. Communicate reporting and analytics requirements clearly to relevant team members. . Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analytics and data visualization. Lead the design, development, and support of complex analytics and visualization solutions. Build web-based dashboards to support business insights and decision-making. Ensure consistent reporting, metrics, and data standards across teams. Work with SAP BW/HANA, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Power BI, and Alteryx. Develop strong data pipelines integrated with PaPM, Vendavo, and Hyperion EPM. Skilled in SQL and handling large datasets. Knowledgeable in Finance, Distribution, and Master Data Management domains. Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Profitability Analysis, and SAP FICO (especially COPA). Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience). Preferred Certifications: Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification Tableau Certification Skills & Knowledge: Behavioral Skills: Assertiveness Creativity & Innovation Critical Thinking Impact and Influencing Multitasking Prioritization and Organization Technical Skills: Advanced Data Visualization Techniques Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Tools Data Analysis and Synthesis Data Management Programming languages like SQL Tools Knowledge: Business Intelligence Software like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, QlikSense Microsoft Office Suite Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) Software Data Visualization Tools What Cencora offers ​Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
