Verantwortlichkeiten | Das erwartet Dich In dieser vielseitigen Schnittstellenfunktion bist Du der Motor für den technologischen Fortschritt : Te chnologie-Pionier: Du setzt eine neue Flow-Chemistry-Anlage eigenständig auf und betreust diese im täglichen Betrieb . Prozess-Architekt: Du entwickelst und optimierst Durchflussreaktionen mit einem klaren Fokus auf die Herstellung von Proteinpolymeren . Schnittstellen-Profi: Du agierst als fachliches Bindeglied zwischen den Disziplinen und bereitest den langfristigen Wissenstransfer in die chemischen Produktionsbetriebe vor . Wissens-Multiplikator: Du berätst und schulst nachgelagerte Einheiten, um Pilotprozesse erfolgreich in den industriellen Maßstab zu überführen . Qualifikationen | Das bringst Du mit Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die sowohl technisches Know-how als auch Teamgeist mitbringt: Du hast ein Studium im naturwissenschaftlichen oder Ingenieursbereich (Uni/FH) abgeschlossen oder verfügst über mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Aufgaben . Du bringst 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Flow-Prozesse, automatisierte Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik sowie allgemeine Chemie-Kenntnisse mit In der Proteinanalytik (z.B. HPLC, RP, SEC, PCS/DLS) sowie bei Protein-Konjugationen fühlst Du Dich sicher . Du arbeitest strukturiert, verfügst idealerweise über Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse und hast Freude daran, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln .
