Job Title Account Manager | French Bilingual About your role: At Fiserv, we partner with financial institutions and enterprises to deliver payments, processing, and financial technology solutions that drive client outcomes. You will support Relationship Managers in the day-to-day operational management of our national account portfolio, resolving complex issues and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience that protects and grows revenue. What you’ll do: Resolve complex client issues and navigate customer challenges with a focus on increasing client satisfaction and retention. Execute add-on sales and upsell/cross-sell initiatives to optimize and protect revenue while controlling renewal compressions. Analyze client data to identify trends, inform account strategies, and produce actionable reports for Relationship Managers and leadership. Organize and manage multiple accounts with attention to detail; prioritize tasks and coordinate across internal teams to meet client SLAs. Communicate proactively with clients, ensuring clarity on issue resolution, service delivery, and commercial changes. Coordinate escalations, track account KPIs, and maintain accurate account and opportunity records in eCRM. Experience you’ll need to have: Bilingual working proficiency in French & English. 3+ years of experience in strategic account management and client retention for enterprise or national accounts. 3+ years of experience in executing add-on sales, upsell, and revenue optimization strategies. 2+ years of experience in CRM platforms such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and CRM data management. 2+ years of experience in analyzing client data using SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools. 3+ years of experience in payments or financial services product knowledge and relevant standards such as PCI DSS or NACHA. 3+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience. Experience that would be great to have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry. 4+ years of experience using Salesforce and CRM analytics. How you’ll work: This role is on-site Monday through Thursday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
