They deliver locally conditioned HR administration tasks for employees and managers in the country & the region. D aily challenges Manages employee life cycle changes (personal, job changes, promotions, demotions), benefits, absences, personal administration and reporting. Maintains and keeps in good order personnel documentation and files, following labor legislation requirements. Data support to standardized HR processes. Support to employee query resolution. Country-specific and legal mandatory HR activities enabling and facilitating workforce (work permits, mandatory reporting, diversity reports etc.) Ensures that HR procedures/policies are strictly followed. Labor legislation is strictly adhered. All transactions properly documented in alignment with SOP for future reference & audits. e X perience and skills required Analytical thinking, detail oriented.  Ability to acquire knowledge of HR policies and procedures across HR functions. Ability to acquire knowledge of HR systems, applications and their integrated functionality and dependencies. MS Excel proficiency. Workday experience is a plus.
