The incumbent will provide all aspects of sales and business development to achieve sales target. He/she will work with various external and internal stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of processes and provide optimum service on medical solutions for individuals. Job Responsibilities: Assist Chief Distribution & Strategy Officer to develop broker strategies Develop and maintain sound relationships with brokers by acting as a key contact point and providing efficient and high quality service Actively seek and develop new business opportunities through brokers, by expanding existing broker relationships or developing new relationships with brokers; and to occasionally work directly with clients Achieve individual and team sales target Provide effective solutions to brokers and clients with product information and handling sales enquiries for products including but not limited to healthcare, critical illness and other products Be a liaison among the team, internal and external stakeholders and to the brokers Identify improvements to prevent issues from recurring Assist on any ad-hoc business projects Job Requirements: Undergraduate Degree with minimum 5 years’ related working experience in banking or insurance field. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
