Ziel der Rolle Als Regional Team Lead (m/w/d) – Payment Solutions verantworten Sie die erfolgreiche Steuerung Ihres Außendienstteams und stellen sicher, dass die vorgegebenen IC‑Quoten erreicht werden. Sie führen sowohl erfahrene Payment‑ und Vertriebsexperten als auch neue Mitarbeitende, die Sie professionell einarbeiten. Gleichzeitig engagieren Sie sich persönlich in der Akquise von Schlüsselkunden. An 2–3 Tagen pro Woche begleiten Sie Ihr Team im Feld, coachen es aktiv und pflegen Beziehungen innerhalb der Deutschen Bank. Ihre Aufgaben Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines regionalen Außendienstteams Coaching, Weiterentwicklung und gezielte Förderung der Mitarbeitenden – inklusive regelmäßiger Feldbegleitungen (2–3 Tage/Woche) Planung, Steuerung und Verantwortung für die Umsatzentwicklung sowie die Erreichung aller Vertriebsziele Aktive Akquisition und Betreuung von Neukunden Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Outbound‑Team der Deutschen Bank zur Aktivierung neuer Kundenpotenziale Verantwortung für den erfolgreichen Verkauf des gesamten POS‑Portfolios (Terminals, Kassenlösungen, perspektivisch auch SaaS‑Produkte) Kontinuierliches Marktfeedback und enge Abstimmung mit Product, Finance und der Geschäftsführung Ausbau und Pflege der Kooperation mit der Deutschen Bank zur Leadgenerierung Aktivierung und Betreuung externer Neu‑ und Bestandspartner Erstellung von Reports und Präsentationen (wöchentlich/monatlich) sowie Nutzung von Salesforce als CRM‑Tool Was sie mitbringen Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle im Außendienst Erfahrung im Payment‑Umfeld wünschenswert Authentische, überzeugende und empathische Führungspersönlichkeit Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Erreichung ambitionierter Vertriebsziele, idealerweise KPI‑basiert Kenntnisse in Salesforce von Vorteil Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung Sehr gute Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Sicheres Auftreten und überzeugende Präsentationsskills Sehr gutes Deutsch sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.  Please: Apply using your legal name Complete the step-by-step profile and attach your resume (either is acceptable, both are preferable).
