The Position Présentation de l’équipe : Rattaché(e) au Directeur d’Unité Accès National, et sous la tutelle du responsable Régulation économique, tu seras amené(e) à travailler sur des missions liées à l’accès au marché des produits du portefeuille Roche et/ou à l’analyse des évolutions récentes des conditions d’accès au marché, en lien étroit avec plusieurs unités au sein de notre Direction Accès, Affaires publiques & Communication. Quel sera ton impact ? Participer à la vie de l’unité Accès National et plus largement de la Direction Accès, Affaires publiques & Communication. Analyser et communiquer en interne sur les évolutions de l’environnement (50% du temps) dont :  Responsabilité du programme de formation interne: organisation, suivi et contribution aux sessions de formation. Analyse de l’impact des évolutions réglementaires sur le portefeuille Roche. Suivi de l’évolution de la réglementation (LFSS et les textes d’application, Accord-cadre entre le Leem et le CEPS). Suivi de l’actualité autour des produits de santé et de leur régulation via une veille des publications des autorités et de la réglementation. ​ Accompagner les spécialistes Accès National (50% du temps) pour:  La mise sur le marché et le maintien des produits du portefeuille Roche dans des conditions optimales à travers la rédaction des dossiers d'inscription, de réévaluation ou de demande d’accès précoce.  Participer à la définition de la stratégie d’accès au marché des produits en développement et des futurs lancements en collaboration avec les équipes Globales et locales. Analyser l’environnement médical et concurrentiel, les avis de la Commission de la Transparence et les décisions d’accès précoce. Ton ADN Formation en accès au marché / médico-économie / économie de la santé Connaissance du système de soin français et des étapes technico-réglementaire de négociation du prix et du remboursement Capacité à rechercher l’information, à synthétiser, capacités d’anticipation et d’analyse Maîtrise des outils bureautiques Anglais (B1-B2) Personnalité: Autonome et force de proposition, tu aimes travailler en équipe. Alternance de 12 mois à compter de septembre 2026 Poste basé à Boulogne-Billancourt (Hauts-de-Seine, 92) Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?
