The Position Présentation de l’équipe : Rattaché(e) à l’équipe tools et processus business, et en lien étroit avec les équipes opérationnelles, tu seras amené(e) à travailler sur des missions liées l’analyse de processus opérationnelles, à la rationalisation des données, à l’automatisation de tableaux de bord, et à la migration de nos systèmes ERP et CRM. Quel sera ton impact ?   ● Assurer le support aux équipes opérationnelles pour l’analyse de données et des processus. ● Elaborer des tableaux bords pour le suivi de la qualité de la base de données et des tableaux de bords des données mises à jour. ● Participer à la mise à jour des données de manière automatique ou plus ciblée. Ton ADN : ● Tu recherches une formation en alternance pour ton Bac +4/5 orientation Analyse des données et processus. ● Tu as un bon niveau d’anglais qui te permettra de communiquer dans un environnement international (B2) ● Tu as la connaissance d’un ERP (notamment SAP) et d’un CRM (par exemple SalesForce) serait un atout supplémentaire. ● Tu maîtrises de la suite Google, en particulier GSheet. ● Tu as la capacité d’analyse et rigueur. ● Tu es autonome et force de proposition ● Tu aimes travailler en équipe.
