The Position Présentation générale : Rattaché(e) à l'équipe au cœur du Service Clients – RCSC (Regional Customer Support Center) et reportant au Responsable RCSC IT Solutions, tu participeras à l’activité de support Clients au sein d'une équipe de 7 personnes. Quel sera ton impact ? Satisfaction client: Traitement des demandes de type software concernant les solutions informatiques à destination des laboratoires (middleware) déployées chez nos clients Formation client: Création / traduction de e-learning (articulate / Synthesia) ainsi que rédaction/traduction de guide sur nos solutions informatiques Veille technologique: Surveiller les évolutions notamment de l'IA dans les métiers du service client Proactivité: Traitement proactif des messages d’alertes provenant de nos clients (espace disque) Ton ADN :  Tu suis une formation BAC+3 ou plus orienté informatique ou système d'information de données de santé Tu as le sens du contact client notamment via téléphone Tu as une envie de résoudre des problèmes clients Tu es pédagogue Tu aimes le challenge et tu es orienté.e résultat  Tu es curieux(se) et tu as envie d’apprendre  Tu es rigoureux(se), organisé.e et tu as une bonne capacité de synthèse  Tu as le sens des responsabilités  Tu es à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (Google suite par exemple)  Tu as des connaissances en SQL, bases de donnée Tu as un bon niveau d’anglais Alternance de 12 mois à compter de Septembre 2026.
