Eligible for 1 Good to Give Leave Day per calendar year in addition to normal leave entitlements to participate in volunteering activities Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Process customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery, and account queries. Assist with pick packing orders to ensure timely delivery Support branch operations and collaborate with team members to meet goals Skills and Experience We’re Looking For: Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.
