The Position Deine Abteilung Wir sind Teil des R&D Departments Chemistry Solutions und unser Team (Gruppe „Critical Assay Components“) ist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Modifizierung und Charakterisierung von Reagenzien für diagnostische Produkte. Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung wollen wir Dich in aktuelle Projekte miteinbeziehen. Hierbei wirst du mit einem divers aufgestellten und motivierten Team zusammenarbeiten. Deine Aufgaben Du unterstützt bei der chemischen Modifizierung von Biomolekülen, sowie deren Reinigung und Charakterisierung, unter Einhaltung der gültigen Arbeitssicherheits- und Sicherheitsvorgaben und unter der Anleitung und Betreuung einer qualifizierten Fachkraft, wie einem Chemielaborant, Chemieingenieur oder eines Chemikers Du führst Experimente durch, deren Ziel es ist, Peptid-Synthesen zu etablieren und variierst Reaktionsbedingungen, um den Einfluss verschiedener Parameter auf den Outcome zu erörtern Du kümmerst Dich um die Durchführung analytischer Tests   Du dokumentierst Deine Arbeiten sorgfältig und nachvollziehbar Du beachtest die Sicherheitsunterweisung und die internen und externen Vorgaben, hinsichtlich Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz Dein Profil Du bist aktuell in einem Masterstudium in Biochemie, Chemie, Chemie- und Bioingenieurwesen (CBI) oder vergleichbar immatrikuliert oder Du befindest Dich in einem Gap-Year Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse im präparativen Arbeiten (organische Verbindungen, Proteinkonjugate, Bio-Oligomere), der Chromatographie (HPLC, LCMS) und grundlegende theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse in biochemischen Methoden mit Du interessierst dich für (bio-)organische Chemie sowie das Gebiet der medizinischen Diagnostik und arbeitest gerne praktisch-präparativ in einem Labor.
