Job Description: We are looking for passionate and results-driven React.js Developers to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality web applications. As part of our delivery team, you will contribute to building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end solutions, while actively supporting our technology transformation initiatives.a Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and high-performance ReactJS components. Hands-on experience in ReactJS (latest version) and its core principles. Work with OOJS, BOM & DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model. Implement Redux and follow ES6+ standards. Deliver WCAG 2.0 / 508 accessibility-compliant front-end applications. Optimize performance with best practices and optimization techniques. Use Jira and Confluence for project management. Job Requirements: 5+ years of experience in React.JS Experience with TypeScript. Write unit test cases with 100% code coverage using Jest (TDD). Ensure cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, IE11, etc.). Version control using Git/Bitbucket/Azure DevOps. Optimize performance with best practices and optimization techniques. Use Jira and Confluence for project management. Work with tools like NPM, Babel, Webpack, etc. Strong proficiency in ReactJS (latest version) and JavaScript (ES6+). Knowledge of performance optimization techniques. Understanding of WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards (a plus). Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Micro Frontends. Understanding of GraphQL or REST APIs.
