The Position Werde Teil unseres Teams im  Bereichs Diagnostics innerhalb der instrumentellen Analytik im Reagent Research & Design. Unser Team besteht aus engagierten Mitarbeitenden, die sich durch hohe Motivation und interdisziplinäre Expertise auszeichnen. Wir nutzen in der instrumentellen Analytik modernste Analyseverfahren wie, um ein Maximum an Informationen für unsere Auftraggeber aus der Forschung bereitzustellen und dabei eine eigenständige sowie zielorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem komplexen Projektumfeld zu fördern.   Die Chance Du  entwickelst und validierst eigenverantwortlich komplexe LC-MS-basierte qualitative und quantitative Methoden zur Analyse von Oligonukleotiden. Du führst chromatographische und massenspektrometrische Analysen an diagnostischen sowie biochemischen Präparaten durch und bereitest entsprechende Proben und Reagenzien vor. Auswertung von Rohdaten mit computergestützten Systemen (z. B. MassLynx), sowie eigenständige Interpretation und Präsentation der Ergebnisse. Du erstellst fundierte Berichte, Testvorschriften und SOPs im Rahmen wissenschaftlicher Arbeiten in einem regulierten Umfeld. Übernahme der Wartung der Chromatographen und Massenspektrometer, einschließlich der Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen zur Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft. Du arbeitest eng mit angrenzenden Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten zusammen und unterstützt die Routineanalytik zur Erhebung qualitätsrelevanter Daten.    Diese Position erfordert die Bereitschaft zum Umgang mit potenziell infektiösem Humanmaterial.   Wer du bist Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium (d/w/m) in Chemie, Biochemie, Chemieingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich. Du bringst mehr als 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der instrumentellen Analytik mit, insbesondere im Bereich (U)HPLC-MS/MS und TOF-Systeme. Du verfügst über tiefe Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Validierung komplexer analytischer Methoden außerhalb von Routineabläufen. Erfahrung in LC-MS-basierter qualitativer und quantitativer Methoden zur Analyse von Oligonukleotiden und Oligonukleotid Analoga. Du bist eine motivierte, flexible Persönlichkeit, die Freude an der Arbeit im Team hat und sicher im Umgang mit wechselnden Arbeitsgebieten ist. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine effektive Dokumentation und Kommunikation runden Dein Profil ab. Diese Position ist auf zwei Jahre befristet.
