The Position 职位名称：（高级）治疗领域专员 您是谁： （高级）治疗领域专员是公司与相应疾病领域医生的主要接触点,发掘和管理内外部资源,通过各种学术活动、推广或非推广活动把罗氏的专业知识、科学和技术、产品关键信息带入生态系统,准确及时的传达给客户,并与客户和合作伙伴共同发现潜在的合作机会,以改善对患者旅程的影响,实现患者最终获益。 您的机会： 客户管理 1. 与关键客户建立良好的信息沟通渠道, 探寻医疗卫生专业人士(HCP)观念、学术需求 2. 传递专业化医学/疾病/产品信息 学科建设 1. 了解医院现有疾病领域诊疗路径及专家诊疗观念及流程 2. 梳理相关治疗科室及诊疗流程上的痛点 计划管理 1. 组织和支持区域专家会议 2.了解医生观念、需求、会议安排;制定会议及覆盖计划;执行会议计划;回访收集反馈 规范诊疗与疾病全程管理 1. 推动专家的诊疗观念及行为转变,实现规范化诊疗 2. 和患者解决方案经理协同合作,关注并推动疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化 自我管理和团队协作 1. 成为产品和疾病领域的专家 2. 对团队新成员提供辅导和支持 我们期待这样的您加入： • 具备相关疾病领域的基础知识 • 良好学习能力 • 业务敏锐度 •3 年以上医药行业工作经验 •既往有销售/市场/医学经验 •医学或药学相关本科及以上学历     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
