What You’ll Do: Collaborate: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and document functional requirements. Analyze: Dive deep into existing systems and processes to identify improvement and optimization opportunities. Translate: Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications that align with technical capabilities. Support: Partner with development teams throughout the lifecycle, providing clear communication and ongoing support. Validate: Perform system testing to ensure the solutions meet the specified requirements. Troubleshoot: Offer your expertise to resolve functional issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Innovate: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh insights and recommendations. What We’re Looking For: Education & Experience: Master’s degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years in the software engineering industry and 2+ years in a similar role. Language Skills: Native in Dutch and fluent in English. Technical Skills: Strong programming and debugging abilities, knowledge of UML and BPMN. Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall approaches, and best practices in software development. Communication: Capable of presenting and leading workshops with clients.
