Roles and Responsibilities: This position will work closely with product, actuarial, and technical teams to analyze requirements, translate complex insurance logic into clear system specifications, and support end-to-end solution delivery. We are looking for a Business Analyst with more than 3 years of hands-on experience in the insurance sector. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements for insurance products and processes. Translate product rules, pricing logic, and operational workflows into precise functional specifications. Support configuration, testing, and validation activities using structured datasets (XLS/CSV). Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and aligned with business needs. Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage tasks and user stories through project tools. Contribute to version-controlled documentation and requirement updates using repository tools. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a similar relevant field 3+ years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry, preferably life or general insurance.
