The Position A ls Manufacturing CSV Specialist bei Drug Substance Clinical & Commercial Supply in der Sektion „Plant IMP1“ fungierst du als Systemverantwortlicher (System Owner) für die Automatisierungssysteme und übergeordneten Systeme (z. B. das PI-System) sowie für spezifische Anwendungen wie Abweichungsberichte und Alarm-Management der Sektion. Die Rolle verbindet technische Expertise in der Automatisierung mit strategischer Führung im Bereich Digitalisierung. Die Möglichkeit Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Lifecycle-Management der Prozessautomatisierungssysteme sowie für die Computer- und Systemvalidierung (CSV) zur Unterstützung der Produktion. Als Owner für Changes und Abweichungen im Qualitätsmanagementsystem (QMS) stellst du die Einhaltung der Roche-Richtlinien und GMP-Anforderungen sicher. Du entwickelst Konzepte zur Bereitstellung und analytischen Nutzung von Daten aus Quell- oder PI-Systemen. Du erstellst qualitätsrelevante Berichte unter strikter Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben. Als Treiber der digitalen Transformation leitest du Digitalisierungsteams operativ sowie strategisch und förderst die Zusammenarbeit mit Data-Science-Teams. Du erstellst und genehmigst SOPs, nimmst an technischen Gremien teil und repräsentierst die Abteilung souverän bei Inspektionen. Du unterstützt die Sektion bei spezifischen Anwendungen wie dem Abweichungsbericht- und Alarm-Management. Wer du bist Du verfügst über einen technischen Hochschulabschluss (z. B. Biomedizinische Technik, Informatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Du bringst mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise im Bereich Automation Engineering und im GMP-Umfeld. Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind fliessend in Wort und Schrift; sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein wertvoller Vorteil. Du besitzt ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Data-Science-Prinzipien zu coachen.
