Job Description: We're seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI and RAG/machine learning solutions. You'll work with state-of-the-art models and technologies, contributing to projects that have the potential to revolutionize industries. Responsibilities Designed and implemented a custom RAG architecture that integrated with proprietary internal data, reducing LLM hallucinations. Developed and managed data pipelines for processing and vectorizing unstructured data (PDFs, documents, etc.). Engineered and optimized retrieval methods, including semantic search with vector similarity (cosine similarity), to enhance context relevance for the generative model. Benchmarked and evaluated RAG pipeline performance using metrics such as faithfulness and answer relevance, driving improvement in overall system quality. Collaborated with data scientists and product teams to design and deploy agentic RAG systems for complex, multi-step queries.  Work with large language models (LLMs) from providers like OpenAI and Anthropic Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our applications Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve model performance Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutions <>· Required Skills: 3 - 4 + years of development experience in RAG & Generative AI: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), RAG Fusion, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering. Frameworks: FastAPI, Uvicorn(ASGI Server), Pydantic (Data Validation) , Pydantic-Settings (Config Management), LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers. Vector Databases: pgVector. Testing: pytest 8.4.1 Deployment: Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins (CI/CD) Programming: Python (NumPy, Pandas), SQL. Machine Learning/NLP: Deep Learning, NLP, Text Embeddings, Semantic Search, Model Evaluation. Tools: Git, RESTful APIs.  Strong proficiency in Python Preferred Skills: Good knowledge machine learning concepts and algorithms (or equivalent education/certification) Experience with cloud-based ML platforms Proficiency in data pre-processing and feature Engineering Designed and implemented a GenAI based custom RAG system.  that integrated with proprietary internal data, reducing LLM hallucinations. Required Experience & Education 9-11 years of development experience with 2-3 years in RAG & Generative AI technology space Good understanding of database. Experience with Health care information domains preferred   Experience with version management tools – Git preferred 3+ years being part of Agile teams – Scrum Prior experience in onsite/offshore setup or model College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, but not required.
