Job Title Client Experience Manager We are seeking A strategic and execution-oriented line experience leader to oversee and scale our Client Ambassador program while supporting Client Health initiatives across Financial Solutions. This role serves as a critical connector between client advocacy, client sentiment insights, and business strategy ensuring our most strategic client relationships are strengthened, risks are identified early, and advocacy is activated to support growth and retention. You will oversee program operations, partner cross-functionally to align advocacy coverage with strategic priorities, implement tools and reporting to measure program impact, and leverage client health insights to inform proactive engagement strategies. This is a highly visible role suited for a leader who can translate strategy into scalable execution, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes that enhance client trust and business performance.  What You Will Do Scale the Client Ambassador Program strategy, operations, and engagement model across Financial Solutions Partner with product and business leaders to algin Ambassador coverage to strategic solutions and priorities Implement and optimize the reference management platform, including governance, adoption, and reporting Leverage client health insights to identify advocacy opportunities, emerging risks, and proactive engagement strategies Support governance for critical and at-risk accounts by providing data-driven recommendations and insights Strengthen feedback loops across Client Health, Voice of the Client, and Advocacy programs to improve client outcomes Identify program gaps, risks, and scale opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Influence stakeholders and communicate clearly with leaders to align on priorities, outcomes, and program value. What You Will Need 5 – 10 years of experience in client experience, program management, customer advocacy, product enablement, marketing, communications, or related field Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders Strong executive communication and presentation skills Demonstrated success translating strategy into scalable operational processes Experience defining metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure program performance Ability to influence without direct authority and build partnerships across teams Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Experience managing initiatives with enterprise-level visibility and impact Great to Have Background in financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology Familiarity with client sentiment, health scoring, or Voice of the Client programs Experience presenting to senior leadership or executive stakeholders Experience scaling programs across multiple business units or product lines   How you’ll work: Operate as both a strategic thinker and hands-on builder Collaborate broadly while maintaining ownership and accountability for outcomes Use data and insights to guide decisions and continuously improve programs Communicate clearly and succinctly, and with purpose to leaders and partners Anticipate needs, identify risks early, and proactively drive solutions Balance structure and flexibility in a fast-moving environment This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment. Travel: Approximately 10% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected. Salary Range $90,000.00 - $151,200.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
