Job Description: DXC Technology is seeking an experienced and driven UK & Ireland Marketing Campaign Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that support our business objectives and strengthen our brand presence in the market. About the Role As a Marketing Manager at DXC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for UKI that deliver measurable business value. You will oversee a team of marketing professionals, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly across multiple channels. This role will require you to work on a hybrid basis from our London office. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with DXC’s business goals. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with organizational objectives. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights. Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance market reach. Support cross-functional teams in coordinating and executing marketing initiatives. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant industry experience. Proven experience in marketing and communications. Strong project management and team collaboration skills. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technology. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business). Relevant certifications (e.g., Social Media Strategist) or equivalent experience. Why DXC?
