Dans toutes les phases du cycle client, le Spécialiste IT et Solutions d’Organisation apporte son expertise pré analytique et informatique  sur une large gamme de produits afin d’assurer la cohérence de l’offre commerciale, la bonne mise en place des solutions d’organisation et des actions d’accompagnement au cours des processus Vente, Déploiement et Suivi. Vos principales responsabilités: Garantir, avec l’Account Manager, le respect des engagements, le développement du chiffre d’affaires et la satisfaction client en respectant les méthodes et procédures en vigueur: Contribue en avant-vente à la réflexion et à l’enrichissement des documents dans le cadre des opportunités. Contribue à une bonne préparation des projets de déploiement par la réalisation et diffuse l’information nécessaire au client et à l’équipe projet. Analyse et formalise les flux de données et d’échantillons pour permettre le paramétrage des systèmes pré-analytiques, informatiques et analytiques. Réalise la mise en route et la formation client sur la solution pré-analytique et informatique. Accompagne les clients dans les changements d’organisation et formalise les documents sur les flux du laboratoire et les pré-requis techniques et organisationnels. Réalise un reporting exact de son activité via le CRM interne. Planifie et réalise des visites de suivi sur les sites dont il a la responsabilité ou sur demande. Assurer l’expertise technique pour une gamme de produits ou solutions: Apporte son expertise métier (selon besoin) dans des plans d’action des projets Ventes, Déploiement et Suivi. Vérifie et valide la faisabilité de certains points techniques en accord avec ses compétences. Réalise éventuellement les démonstrations pour les systèmes Roche Diagnostics. Prépare l’argumentaire technique et contribue à l’élaboration de  la proposition commerciale avec l’Account Manager. Assiste, conseille et propose des solutions aux clients en matière de protocole, de fonctionnement des instruments et d’organisation en intégrant les besoins d’accréditation (en accord avec la norme). Qui vous êtes: Formation : double compétence en biologie et informatique Une expérience en tant que technicien référent IT (middleware, SIL, réseaux) en laboratoires d’analyses médicales serait un plus Capacité à installer et configurer les différents composants (matériels, systèmes d’exploitation, réseaux) des infrastructures informatiques de l’entreprise ou des clients afin de garantir leurs performances.
