The Position An unserem Standort in Basel bieten wir eine spannende Praktikumsmöglichkeit an. Im Bereich Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing stellen wir in der hybriden Single Use (SUT) und der Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) Produktionsanlage Wirkstoffe zur Krebstherapie her. Diese biotechnologischen Prozesse finden mit Hilfe von hochautomatisierten Anlagen unter Einhaltung von Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) statt. Als Praktikant/in in der Produktion arbeitest Du mit hoher Selbstständigkeit an Optimierungs- und Verbesserungsprojekten und lernst dabei, wie die GMP Produktion von Anfang bis Ende funktioniert. Die Möglichkeit: Durchführung und Unterstützung von interdisziplinären Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung. Prozessabläufe analysieren und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten ausarbeiten. Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen, wie Qualität, Engineering, Manufacturing Science & Technology. Mitarbeit bei der Bearbeitung von Ursachenanalysen im Rahmen von Prozessabweichungen und bei der Implementierung der zugehörigen Massnahmen. Kennenlernen und Unterstützen von Routineaufgaben (z.B. Dokumentenpflege, Rohdatenauswertung, usw.). Mitarbeit an Compliance und SHE Themen sowie kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP) und Unterstützung Materialmanagement. Die GMP-gerechte Durchführung und Dokumentation ihrer Aufgaben im Bereich mit Fokus auf Qualität des Produktes und der Prozesse. . Wer Du bist Du bist derzeit in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Naturwissenschaften (z.B. Pharmazie, Biologie, Chemie, Life Sciences) oder im Bereich des Ingenieurwesens (z.B. Biotechnologie, Pharmatechnik, Verfahrenstechnik) eingeschrieben oder Du hast Dein Studium innerhalb von 12 Monaten vor dem Startdatum abgeschlossen. Proaktives Teilen von Wissen mit exzellenten Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten . Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und von Google Applikationen (Drive, Docs, Tabellen, Präsentationen) - eine generelle IT-Affinität (z. B. Interesse an Automatisierungen mittels Google Skripten) wird vorausgesetzt.
