The Position Mission principale Dans le cadre de la stratégie de Roche Diagnostics Morocco et de sa politique commerciale, le Strategic Account Manager assure l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux quantitatifs et qualitatifs fixés par son management, en termes de fidélisation, développement et conquête des comptes clients qui lui sont confiés, avec un focus particulier sur la gestion des comptes stratégiques nationaux et régionaux au Maroc. Responsabilités - Responsable de l’acquisition de nouveaux comptes stratégiques et de la contribution à l’atteinte des KPIs sur les comptes clés et stratégiques existants - Agit en tant que premier point de contact pour les comptes clés et stratégiques attribués - Développe et met en œuvre des plans de comptes et d’opportunités clients spécifiques, en soutien aux objectifs et aux quotas de l’entreprise - Identifie de nouveaux clients potentiels ainsi que des opportunités de croissance du business - Détecte de nouvelles opportunités au sein des clients existants afin d’augmenter le channel-fill avec des tests à forte valeur médicale - Gère et entretient les relations clients afin de renforcer la fidélité et instaurer une relation de confiance avec les interlocuteurs clés - Comprend les besoins, la vision et la stratégie des clients pour construire un plan commercial adapté à chaque compte - Promeut le portefeuille produits auprès des clients assignés, en cohérence avec la stratégie commerciale - Met en œuvre et suit les actions et stratégies définies afin d’atteindre les objectifs des projets, gagner des parts de marché et respecter les KPIs stratégiques associés - Assure une veille des évolutions du marché et des clients afin de réagir de manière proactive et efficace aux changements Qui vous etes? Formation initiale / Expérience souhaitée - Bac +5 Scientifique ou École de Commerce ou équivalent. - Expérience confirmée en tant que commercial avec une exposition significative à la gestion de grands comptes stratégiques. - Une expérience dans le milieu du Diagnostic ou de la santé est souhaitée.     Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
