The Position Finalité de l’emploi Dans le cadre de la stratégie de Roche Diagnostics Morocco et de sa politique commerciale, l’Account Manager assure l’atteinte des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs commerciaux fixés par son management en termes de fidélisation, de développement et de conquête des comptes clients qui lui sont confiés. Missions Principales - Garantir une couverture terrain optimale et agir en tant qu’interlocuteur privilégié pour instaurer une relation de confiance durable avec les structures clients. - Piloter le développement commercial de votre secteur en élaborant des plans de comptes ciblés pour atteindre les objectifs de placement (systèmes et nouvelles molécules). - Agir comme chef de projet sur les opportunités locales, de la prospection à l’élaboration des plans d’actions, selon les méthodes définies (processus vente-installation). - Mener les négociations commerciales sur l'ensemble du cycle client tout en garantissant le respect de la politique tarifaire, du chiffre d’affaires et de la profitabilité. - Élaborer des offres commerciales anticipées et réalisables, tout en assurant la résolution des litiges et la contribution active à la réduction du DSO (délais de paiement). - Maintenir un haut niveau de compétences produits et outils via des formations continues pour assurer une diffusion d'information précise et claire auprès des clients. - Garantir l’application stricte des normes Qualité, Sécurité, Hygiène et Environnement, et relayer les alertes en cas de manquement sur votre périmètre. - Favoriser la communication interne entre les services (back-office, administration commerciale) pour assurer un passage de relais fluide et renforcer la culture d'entreprise. Qui vous etes? Formation initiale / Expérience souhaitée: - Bac + 5 Scientifique ou École de Commerce ou équivalent - Expérience professionnelle en tant que commercial demandée - Une expérience dans le milieu du Diagnostic ou de la santé est souhaitée       Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
