The Director of Evernorth Wholesale is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and executing the wholesale strategy while driving operational excellence through disciplined delivery and oversight. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, translating enterprise priorities into actionable initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation. The Director partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to accelerate wholesale performance and strengthen Evernorth’s market position. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and refine Evernorth Wholesale’s long-term strategy to support enterprise growth and competitive advantage. Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Execution & Delivery Lead the implementation of wholesale initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Establish governance frameworks and accountability mechanisms to ensure successful outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Operations, Finance, Technology, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of wholesale programs. Serve as a key liaison to senior leadership, providing updates and recommendations on strategic initiatives. Performance & Financial Management Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess program impact and identify improvement opportunities. Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency across wholesale processes. Team Leadership & Talent Development Build and lead a high-performing team focused on strategy execution and continuous improvement. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience. Proven experience in senior leadership roles within wholesale, distribution, or healthcare operations. Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional project and program management skills. Expertise in operational execution, governance, and change management. Advanced financial acumen for budgeting and ROI analysis. Ability to travel up to 50%. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 165,000 - 275,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
