The Position Bei Roche arbeiten wir mit 100’000 Mitarbeitenden in 100 Ländern daran, den Begriff Healthcare neu zu definieren. Am Produktionsstandort Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing der F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG produzieren wir mit 4 verschiedenen Technologien innovative Produkte für Patient:innen weltweit. In Basel bekommst du einen Einblick in die Produktion von chemischen und biologischen aktiven pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen für die kommerzielle und klinische Versorgung. Unser Standort besteht aus vier Produktionseinheiten (sogenannten Value Streams) und fünf unterstützenden Einheiten (sogenannten Units ), in dene n wir uns mit insgesamt 760 Mitarbeitenden darauf fokussieren, Patient:innen mit Medikamenten zu versorgen. Die Möglichkeit Du übernimmst die Pflege und Aktualisierung von Masterlisten sowie Sheets und stellst durch den Abgleich von Daten die Konsistenz der Owner-Verzeichnisse sicher. Im Rahmen des Dokumentenmanagements arbeitest du Review-Kommentare in Checklisten ein (z. B. bei VIC-Actions) und führst notwendige Anpassungen direkt im System Veeva durch. Du organisierst die Materialeinführungsdokumentation, indem du Datapacks erstellst, Layout-Prüfungen vornimmst und Tracking Boards für DR-Listen und MSAT-Materials führst. Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen (Deviations) sowie bei CAPA-Aktivitäten, einschließlich der Durchführung von Pre-use Testings und Gap Checks. Zur Sicherung der Qualitätsstandards wirkst du an der Vorbereitung von Audits und Inspektionen mit, indem du Präsentationen erstellst und relevante Listen aktuell hältst. Du optimierst die Teamorganisation, indem du Aufgaben innerhalb der Projektteams koordinierst, Meetings effizient vor- und nachbereitest sowie das Task-Tracking übernimmst. Als Schnittstelle zur Informationsbeschaffung klärst du Sachverhalte direkt mit den Dokumentenverantwortlichen (DRs) und überprüfst die Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Wer du bist Du bist als Student in einer relevanten naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung eingeschrieben und bringst Begeisterung für die pharmazeutische Herstellung mit. Du verfügst über ausgeprägte organisatorische und koordinative Fähigkeiten, die es dir ermöglichen, auch bei komplexen Aufgaben den Überblick zu behalten. Eine hohe Sorgfalt und Präzision zeichnen dich aus, insbesondere wenn es um die gewissenhafte Bearbeitung von Dokumentationsaufgaben geht. Idealerweise bringst du bereits Vorerfahrung im Umgang mit Veeva Vault oder vergleichbaren Dokumentenmanagementsystemen (DMS) mit. Du hast ein starkes Interesse daran, alles rund um den Lifecycle von Materialien in der Pharmaproduktion von Grund auf zu lernen. Fehlendes Vorwissen bei einzelnen Punkten ist kein Hindernis – du besitzt die Lernbereitschaft, dich zügig in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten. Du schätzt die Möglichkeit, in einem unterstützenden Team zu wachsen und dir praxisnahes Expertenwissen anzueignen. Zusätzliche Information Immatrikulation an einer Universität oder Fach-/Hochschule oder abgeschlossenes Studium, dass nicht länger als 12 Monate zurückliegt, sowie Motivationsschreiben und Lebenslauf.
