Job Details Under direct supervision of the FP&A Manager, performs various financial analyses, budgeting, and accounting functions for World Courier and its various sales & business unit functions. Provides financial reporting to management to ensure expenses are monitored, recorded and operational issues relative to finance are highlighted and addressed. Responsibilities: Reporting: proven experience in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including handling tight deadlines. Budget:  hands-on involvement in annual budget preparation, data uploads and reconciliation processes. Data: ability to manage large datasets, ensure data accuracy, and address errors effectively. Systems:  advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, graphs, charts, vlookups, sumifs, if statements). Previous experience with SAP and PBI preferred. Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills Time management: capability to prioritize and manage tasks across multiple processes with overlapping deadlines. Communication skills:  diplomatic, team player, and able to collaborate effectively with divisions and stakeholders. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Problem solving: flexibility in handling ad-hoc tasks, inquiries, and re-uploading data due to errors or late requests. Process improvement: proactive in driving change and implementing process enhancements. Skills and Knowledge: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and meeting tight deadlines. Contribute to annual budget preparation, including data uploads, reconciliations, and phasing reviews. Ensure data accuracy and resolve errors in large datasets. Build and maintain dynamic financial models using advanced Excel tools; support system uploads (SAP, PBI). Collaborate with divisions and stakeholders, providing clear and effective communication.
