The Position Werde  Teil unseres Teams im Bereich Design Evaluation and Prototyping und unterstütze uns bei der Entwicklung sowie Optimierung von Herstellprozessen für Sensoren zur Bestimmung Diabetes relevanter Parameter. In deiner neuen Position als Scientist (m/w/d) Laser Systems treibst Du die Auswahl und Implementierung moderner Lasersysteme von der Machbarkeitsstudie bis hin zur Massenproduktion voran. Du agierst dabei als entscheidende Schnittstelle in einer dynamischen Prozessumgebung, um innovative Lösungen für die Patientenversorgung zu realisieren.   Das erwartet Dich in der Rolle Du agierst als Fachprojektleiter sowie Subject Matter Expert im Bereich der Laserbearbeitung und führst statistische Bewertungen zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung durch. Verantwortung der  Beschaffung und Weiterentwicklung von Pilotanlagen und Unterstützung der Inbetriebnahme sowie Qualifizierung von Produktionsanlagen als Prozessexperte Du  stellst die GMP-gerechte Dokumentation sicher und veranlasst die Erstellung aller notwendigen entwicklungsbegleitenden Unterlagen. Deine Expertise bringst du in die Entwicklung für technisch herausfordernde Systeme ein und begleitest den gesamten Scale-up-Prozess. Du arbeitest in einem dynamischen und kollaborativen Teamumfeld, das direkten Einfluss auf die Qualität unserer lebensverändernden Produkte hat.   Das bringst Du mit Du hast ein natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (idealerweise mit Promotion) abgeschlossen und verfügst über mindestens 5 bis 7 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung nach dem Abschluss. Fundierte und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Laserbearbeitung von Kunststoffsubstraten sowie gute Kenntnisse in der Konstruktion und Bildverarbeitung. Du hast Erfahrung in Scale-up-Strategien und dem Prozesstransfer von Pilotlinien in das Produktionsumfeld, inklusive Anlagenqualifizierung und Prozessvalidierung. Du bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, triffst fundierte Entscheidungen und bringst idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Biochemie oder klinischer Chemie mit.
