Job Title:   HR Operations Specialist Location:  Hybrid from Wrocław, Poland Employment Type:  Full-time Essential Job Functions: • Assist in HR data analysis and reporting, generating basic reports and contributing to data insights. • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives, managing specific tasks or components. • Respond to employee inquiries, offering assistance with HR-related questions and issues. • Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. • Stay informed about HR best practices and trends, staying up to date on industry changes. • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on various HR projects and tasks. • Support the development and updates of HR policies and procedures. • Participate in audits and compliance checks, ensuring HR practices meet legal standards. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources. • Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting. • Proficiencies in HR metrics, data interpretation, and reporting tools. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
